Often on a Saturday morning, our Urunga Lions are cooking the best BBQ sausage sandwich, egg bacon rolls, steak sandwich and more, and always with a smile. If you see them downtown in the lot in front of SPAR and behind the OVH, grab some breakfast or lunch and support their fund raiser, for our great team of Lions.
Urunga’s Lions Club along with dedicated locals including the current Mayor, Steve Allen, today planted the next generation of plants in the Lions Park area, to create a more native area and weed out those that are not. Eventually there will be a path through the bush area next to the Kalang River.
