Easter Bunny arriving on his Trike is a huge hit with kids and parents each year brought to you by “By Community For Community” volunteer group, a local group of volunteers who make this magic happen for the Easter holidays. Each child is given a bag of eggs and some have a special Golden Ticket for kids to get a bonus basket of eggs n goodies from the Easter Bunny himself.

Lions Park Regeneration Project
Urunga’s Lions Club along with dedicated locals including the current Mayor, Steve Allen, today planted the next generation of plants in the Lions Park area, to create a more native area and weed out those that are not. Eventually there will be a path through the bush area next to the Kalang River.
